Chef Zach is an accomplished graduate of Niagara University in Niagara Falls, NY, where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management.

 

Drawing inspiration from childhood memories of watching his grandmother cook, Chef Zach has always had a love for food and working with his hands. He describes his style as classical, adventurous and fun, stating that he wants to "bring people together through food, and build a culinary empire that will help the community."
